Armor
Enterprises (ARME)
Overview
Armor Investments Inc.
(ARME), a public traded Nevada Corporation, recently acquired 100% of the
'rights' and 'assets' of Nova Electric Systems Inc. (Nova), a private
Nevada Corporation. These rights and assets pertain to the installation of
electric battery power drive systems on all land vehicles and watercraft
vehicles. They also include the production, manufacturing, marketing,
sales and distribution rights for these electric powered vehicles through
and by certain contracts and agreements acquired by Nova. These
manufacturing and marketing rights are in conjunction with the largest two
wheel vehicle manufacturing company in
Asia
.
The strategic partners of
Nova have tested the electric battery power drive systems on Bicycles,
Scooters, Mo-peds, ATV's,
NEV
cars, Race Cars, Go-Karts and other vehicles and products. These systems
consistently provide exceptional performance in speed and range over other
competitive products in the market today. Also the recharge time has been
significantly reduced.
Nova has researched the
market capability of these vehicles for qualified 'dealer' 'distributors'
in
Europe
,
South America
,
Mexico
,
Asia
and the
USA
. Nova has a number of dealers ready, willing and able to sign contracts
for major deliveries of these products for sales in their areas as soon as
proto-type units can be shipped to them for testing. There is
exceptional interest in the first scooter and go-kart sales contract alone
for up to 10,000 units a month to be delivered into the European markets.
Nova will receive
deliveries from a major manufacture partner in
Asia
, for a number of scooters, bicycles and children's toys to be
converted to the electric power systems within the next 60 days. These
units will receive the electric power e system by the Nova engineers at
the
Las Vegas
and
Los Angeles
facilities for delivery to the dealers for testing. Upon their successful
testing, the contracts for delivery of these products will be signed and
large order deliveries will be arranged between the Asian manufacturer and
the strategic partners of Nova. The rights for all of these applications,
contracts and sales will now be the property of Armor.
