Subject: BIPH and Boston Scientific Expand Relationship - May29, 2004

SmallCapReview Updates

Members Alert: BIPH announces a major milestone for the company Friday after the bell.  BIPH announced that they have completed Phase I of a three- part joint development program with Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX), a medical device company with $36 billion in market capitalization. The companies are also exploring ways to further expand their relationship by providing access to Biophan's technologies for additional products. Expect lots of interest in BIPH's stock on Tuesday after the Memorial Day  weekend.  BIPH is currently up 10% since our introduction.

IGII traded lower on Thursday in large part because of their announcement to defer current revenue to future quarters. CEO Dr. Michael Rivers stated "We anticipate that the decision to make the most conservative recognition policies permitted in this first consolidated filing will result in substantial positive operating results in the future." We look for IGII to benefit from this decision going forward.

Also, ISON up 20% since our introduction announced an initiative to expand its European Shareholder Base this past week (see below).

We will be introducing a new "Focus Stock" on Tuesday night.

Enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend!! Please take a moment for remembrance and respect to honor those who paid the high cost for the freedom we enjoy.

Press Release: Biophan CEO Highlights Breakthrough Attributes of New Biothermal Battery

"Realizing the fact that a biothermal battery was now within striking distance because of major advances in thermoelectric materials, we worked with our board members on this acquisition. With the nanotechnology revolution under way, the ability to now put thousands and thousands of these small semi-conductor nodes that convert heat to electricity in the small space, perhaps the size of one or two postage stamps, has become feasible."

Press Release: Isonics Corporation Announces Initiative for Expansion of European Shareholder Base

Commenting on the pending campaign to expand awareness in Europe, James E. Alexander, Isonics' president and CEO said, "In today's somewhat volatile markets, it obviously helps to have as broad a shareholder base as possible, and we feel that we have a strong story to tell to the European investment community. We plan to use our existing presence as a springboard for several initiatives over the coming months to let foreign investors know who we are and what we do. Also, with recent tragic terrorist attacks in Europe, the fact that we are focused on developing products for explosive detection is a huge plus. We believe European investors will be very interested in Isonics and in our portfolio of products and technologies."
