Profile:

Voice Diary Inc. (VDYI) helps Homecare Agencies to develop their services to Cardiac Patients. The Company provides the Cardio GSM Cellular EKG (ECG) that patients use to record their own EKG, wherever they are, and transmit the recording to the Agency's emergency center for expert evaluation. Use of VDYI's system reduces patient anxiety and the expenses of unnecessary ambulance calls or hospitalization. In case of a cardiac event the service provides timely information to the medical team, which is crucial to life saving.

Voice Diary Inc. is the provider of the imp - a Voice PDA for visually impaired people, a necessary tool for active life style that demands dynamic monitoring of tasks, schedules and contact information.


 VDYI Investor Highlights:

  • Signed a letter of intent with Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), an Israeli aerospace and defense company, regarding the proposed acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI. The parties agreed to commence immediate negotiations, with a view to signing a definitive agreement on or before December 31, 2004.
  • Nir-Or develops and manufactures custom electronics systems for customers in the aerospace and defense industries. Since its formation in 1986, it has developed over 250 such systems
  • Nir-Or's customers include some of Israel's leading aerospace and defense contractors. A typical example is Israel Aircraft Industry Ltd., a US$2 billion government controlled corporation that is one of the largest companies in Israel. Nir-Or holds all intellectual property rights and manufacturing rights to its products.
  • Signed a licensing agreement relating to the technology necessary for it to complete its previously announced $3,000,000 order for an EKG embedded in a cellular phone, named the CardioGSM.
  • Received an order to supply 10,000 units of an EKG device now under development. By embedding an EKG unit inside a cellular phone, the device, the CardioGSM, has great applicability in emergency medical situations. The order comes from Natali (the company for emergency medical services in Israel) Ltd ("Natali"), a leading provider of emergency medicine services in Israel. 
  • Announced that its shares were approved for listing on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB"). The company's trading symbol is VDYI
