Press Release: EnDevCo Updates Progress on Oklahoma Gas Purchase

"We have received the independent engineering evaluation which delineates proved oil and gas reserves on 27 wells located within a larger 14,600 acreage purchase under consideration by the Company. Based on this report, we have opened negotiations with several investor groups to structure project based financing with an aim to complete this transaction before year-end."

The engineering evaluation was limited to those conventional gas reservoirs already drilled and proven productive. The report did not evaluate the upside potential offered by developing the unconventional reservoir systems such as the Caney and Woodford shale intervals. An internal evaluation by EnDevCo estimates the original gas in place over the 14,600 acre leasehold to be in excess of 2.3 Tcf and expects to recover approximately 500 Bcf over the next 15 years. At full production, the Company projects its net revenue interest from the leasehold to exceed $150 million per annum at current prices.
