Small-Caps
Still Outperform Large-Caps...
The Davids of the stock
market are beating the Goliaths again. U.S. small-capitalization stocks --
stocks of companies with a market capitalization between $100 million and
$2 billion, calculated as shares outstanding times share price --
outperformed larger-cap stocks last quarter. In fact, small-cap stocks
have outperformed the market as a whole for the past five years.

Release: Morgan
Beaumont, Inc. Licenses Card Loading Software and Technology to
Transaction Management, LLC and Security Bank, and Enter into Strategic
Relationships
MBEU, a
premier provider of Stored Value and Debit Card solutions, announced that
it has signed a Contract with Transaction Management, LLC and Security
Bank to provide Morgan Beaumont's POS software and retail load locations
to expand the national footprint of card loading technology to load cash
on debit cards.
Under the
Contract, Morgan Beaumont will supply POS debit card load software, and
access to the retail load locations, which will allow Transaction
Management and Security Bank to expand their national bill payment
platform of 600 merchant locations to an expected 3,000 in 2005. In
addition, debit card loads through Security Bank's EmpaSys system are
instant, allowing immediate use of cash to customers without the industry
traditional 2-3 day delay in accessing funds.

Article: Debit
Card Use Rising, Fueled by Newer Technologies
Article refers to MBEU's announced deal
with Bently Commerce Corp., a barter exchange operator.. The deal calls
for bundling Bentley Trade Cards and Morgan Beaumont Debit Cards for
50,000 barter exchange businesses.
Morgan Beaumont developed POS and PC based
software that connects merchants with multiple stored value processors and
issuing banks.
The company says that its national platform
allows anybody anywhere to complete a financial transaction using any
card, from any bank, and with any processor. With the passing of the Check
21 Act Morgan Beaumont's software could open more opportunities. The
company's platform allows for consumers who don't have bank accounts, the
"non-bankable", to have access to the same privileges everyone
else takes for granted.
