Nighthawk Systems...(NIHK)
Media Article:
NightHawk
Report (NIHK) Nighthawk
now has among its customers Federal and State government facilities, as
well as Fortune 500 companies and Internet Service Providers. In mid-
December, the Company sold PT1000 units for delivery to firehouses in King
and Snohomish counties in Washington (A single PT1000 can perform a wide
variety of tasks for different applications, receiving a wireless dispatch
and simultaneously activating wake-up alarms, activating building public
address systems and opening bay doors. Later in the month, PT1000 units
were delivered to a naval air warfare base in California, to activate
orientation lights across a broad terrain). Another coup was scored in the
last week of 2004 when PT1000 units were delivered to IBM, purchased for
???Big Blue??? by Johnson Controls, which has placed a number of orders
from Nighthawk over the last few years. The
Company reported has reported that revenues were on the upswing during
last year??™s third quarter. Figures released in November report a 37%
surge in revenues over the second quarter and 6% above the third quarter
of 2003. Nighthawk attributed the rise to increased sales, something it
plans to expand upon in 2005 by bringing in more sales staff to target
existing and new markets, using the print media and presence at trade
shows, boosting its Internet presence and leverage existing customer
relationships by upselling new products Its
stock trades in the lower-middle of a somewhat narrow 52-week range; from
a low of eight cents last October to a height of 40 cents last May. As
Nighthawk??™s marketing objectives are achieved, and as it builds its
customer base, it is safe to say that NIHK will be a stock that should be
watched in 2005. To see more of this
