announced that it has acquired Costa Mesa, CA - based networking services
firm Com Services, Inc. for $430,000 in cash and stock. Com Services
reported un-audited revenue of $937,000 for the nine month period ended
December 31, 2004 (year ending March 31, 2005). This news comes on the
heels of NWKI's announcement that it was awarded a project order for Foot
Locker, Inc. the world's largest footwear and sports apparel company. The
project includes the installation and deployment of high-speed broadband
networks for 73 Foot Locker retail locations throughout southern
California. We introduced Network Installation to our subscriber database

Nighthawk Systems (NIHK)
announced it has sold and
delivered PT1000 units to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana this
month. The sale to Barksdale comes on the heals of the December sale of
PT1000's to the Naval Air Warfare Center at China Lake, California. We
introduced NIHK to our subscriber database when the stock traded at .10 x
13, it currently trades at .22 x .225.
Payment Data Systems (PYDS)
announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with Online Insurance
Services, Inc. (OIS) of Orange Park, FL, to provide payment services for
their insurance clients. This is the first entry of PDS into the highly
adaptive insurance industry. The anticipated initial transactional value
of the agreement is approximately $3 million per year based on current
volume. PYDS has seen well above average volume recently and appears to be
under accumulation

Announced that
it sold and delivered PT1000 units to Barksdale Air Force Base in
Louisiana this month. Barksdale has utilized Nighthawk products for years,
and will use the PT1000's primarily to wirelessly turn on and off
navigational lights on runways and runway aprons.
The sale to
Barksdale comes on the heals of the December sale of PT1000's to the Naval
Air Warfare Center at China Lake, California, where NAVAIR uses the
Nighthawk units to activate orientation lights across the entire test
range, roughly the size of the State of Maryland, including one position
on mountainous terrain over 6,500 feet.
