MyPhoneFiles.com mobile content including ring tones,
pictures, games etc. The Arc Group recently estimated
the ring tone market alone to be a $3.2 billion dollar
industry during 2003.

- Announced the addition
of Cingular Wireless products and services to its
wireless offering. Cingular recently closed its
previously planned acquisition of AT&T. The deal
created the largest wireless carrier in the United
States with some 46 million subscribers.
- Announced the signing of
an agreement with Philadelphia-based Digital
Communications Warehouse (DCW) allowing FTS to begin
marketing and selling wireless products and services
offered by AT&T Wireless at all of its locations.
- Management??™s business
plan calls for profitability in the latter part of
'05.
- New call center is
scheduled to be up and running in February.
- Projecting an early
February launch of new mobile content site. The new
mobile content site, the wireless superstore and call
center are expected to make significant contributions
to FLIP's 2005 revenue base
- According to J.D. Power,
59% of the U.S. households have a wireless phone
connection. Industry analysts project that penetration
rates will reach 60% to 70% by 2005.
Profile
FTS Wireless Inc., is an
emerging regional operator of nine retail wireless
locations in the Florida Gulf Coast region and the
Philadelphia suburban market. The stores market and sell
next generation wireless products and services as well as
offering Wi-Fi HotSpot's. The Company offers services
and activation from four major carriers (AT&T
Wireless/Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Nextel) in
addition to others. FLIP
also has marketing rights in several markets located along
the eastern seaboard to sell and distribute cellular
products and services offered by Air Voice Wireless, an
AT&T/Cingular Wireless reseller.
These stores are
predominately located in strip malls with the remainder
either free standing or situated in a kiosk with some of
the locations having been converted into Wi-Fi hotspots by
adding Linksys routers to its existing network. In
addition, FLIP markets and sells products worldwide
through its e-commerce site's www.CellularDeals.com
and www.SatPhoneCenter.com.
Market
According to a recent FCC
survey there were 160.6 million wireless subscribers at
the end of 2003, a 13.3% increase from the end of 2002.
According to J.D. Power, 59% of the U.S. households have a
wireless phone connection. Industry analysts project that
penetration rates will reach 60% to 70% by 2005. FLIP
has increased its activations over 100% for the 3rd
quarter and is now projecting profitability by year end.
