The new multimedia

formulations and where applicable, On the Go will also provide customers with CD

international industry veteran Bradley Southam to oversee day-to-day operations.
Growth
OGHC's two separate
product markets diversify its risk of operating in a single sector. Each
business division serves different markets while aiming for growth and
profitability. The Company has also been aggressive in

Revenues have increased for five consecutive quarters
The Company's baby product division has posted
increases consistently in every successive reporting period OGHC's management

Because of a heavy influx of new orders the
Company has revised its projections for '05 upward. CEO Stuart Turk says
