Vital Baby

Vital Baby Innovations, a wholly owned subsidiary, is a profitable Canadian company with exclusive rights to distribute the popular Heinz Baby Basics line of feeding accessories in Canada and has distribution rights for Sudocrem, available at more than 3,600 retail locations across Canada.

The baby care products and services is a $40 billion market annually. The Company??™s sales and marketing plan is to increase representation and sales growth through retail locations. This would entail increasing their market share in North America and providing products to international markets such as Europe, South America and other emerging markets, at the most economical price. In addition, the company has plans to increase market penetration through web based representation of newly sourced products. 

The company has been focusing on developing international markets. It currently place products in various retail outlets, both in the US and in Canada, like Wal-Mart, Zellers, Shopper??™s Drug Mart, Loblaws. The presence in these outlets offers the company a strong distribution pipeline.

Compuquest

OGHC's wholly owned subsidiary Compuquest is an established value added reseller of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and supplies. Multimedia Division

The new multimedia division will market to public and private companies a variety of professional services including: video production, website development, client company webcast and corporate DVD and CD creation. As an addendum to project formulations and where applicable, On the Go will also provide customers with CD and DVD production services for mass distribution. The company has hired international industry veteran Bradley Southam to oversee day-to-day operations. 


Growth

OGHC's two separate product markets diversify its risk of operating in a single sector. Each business division serves different markets while aiming for growth and profitability. The Company has also been aggressive in acquiring new companies while simultaneously growing its existing businesses. Revenues have increased for five consecutive quarters

The Company's baby product division has posted increases consistently in every successive reporting period OGHC's management believes the innovative baby product division is solidly on track to hit $1 Million in sales for the 2005 fiscal year. Compuquest's client base is also growing, with sales reaching record numbers to international as well as established and new domestic clients.

Because of a heavy influx of new orders the Company has revised its projections for '05 upward. CEO Stuart Turk says "The newly annualized revenue run rate of $16 Million is one that we feel is still conservative enough in its estimation. As we continue to grow and add new customers and capitalize on existing ones we believe that we are just in the early stages of our growth and expect this trend to continue for the foreseeable future."
