Does Google Allow AdSense Revenue Sharing?

It is unclear if Google allows people to do revenue sharing with Google AdSense. For example, back in May of 2004 DigitalPoint Forums began a revenues share AdSense program. Basically, you can plug in your AdSense Publisher ID into your profile at DigitalPoint Forums and for every thread you create, you can share the revenue with the forums.
If you have an AdSense account, you can enter your client ID here. You then have a 50% chance that the AdSense ads displayed are credited to your account on threads you participate in.
But is this allowed? There is no direct answer in Google's Terms of Service but one member has a long Q&A thread with Google at DigitalPoint Forums. One question and answer reads as follows:
Q : Is it allowed for displaying the google ads code at any sharing revenue forum?
A : Please note that Google does not endorse or encourage the use of ad code rotation. We recommend that you review the AdSense Terms and Conditions found on https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms, and exercise caution if you choose to rotate the ad code on your forum. All AdSense participants are responsible for ensuring that pages showing their ad code comply with AdSense policies and that invalid clicks are not generated on sites showing their ads.

10 Productivity Tips for Home-Based

Businesses Running a business from your home offers many benefits, but there are pitfalls as well. Distractions abound, and family and other responsibilities can intrude on business time. But the productivity lessons you learned in the outside world still apply to a home-based business. A well-organized and well-managed business is a productive business. Here are some tips to follow to make sure you make the most of your time and keep work and home life separate.
1. Prioritize your tasks ahead of time. By scheduling your tasks in order of importance, you can devote more attention to your most pressing tasks. You can prioritize your day so that you do not spend five hours answering email, letting the rest of your duties slide.
2. Set goals for your day. As you plan your day, set the goals that you want to accomplish. Although you may not get through your entire to-do list, try to set and meet reasonable goals each day.
3. Instruct your family. "Family interference" is one reason some home-based businesses are unproductive. Your family must realize that even though you are at home, you are still “at work.” Sit down with your family and make sure they understand you need this set amount of time each day to run your business.
4. Do not avoid overtime. When you first start your home-based business, you may need to work extra hours to get it to the point of running smoothly. If you have to work ten hours a day instead of eight, do not be afraid to invest this extra time.
5. Turn off distractions. If the television or radio are luring you away from your duties, turn them off. If you cannot avoid these distractions, try moving your office to another location in your home.
6. Schedule fun time. The saying “all work and no play” holds special meaning for home-based business owners. Many owners forget that they need to have some fun to function well at their new jobs. Even though you may be working harder than you ever have, try to take some time to do the things you enjoy. The fun time will allow you to return to your work with a fresh outlook.
7. Limit your time on the Internet. Instead of getting sucked into the Internet vortex by endlessly surfing when you should be working, disconnect and deal with your email offline. If you need to be on the Internet to accomplish your work, be strict with yourself to avoid getting distracted.
8. Try multitasking. If you have downtime while in between phone calls or while waiting for a document to print, use this time to get menial tasks done. The time you save by multitasking can allow you to get much more work done.
9. Be a good boss. Even though you are now your own boss, do not let yourself become a slacker. Be strict with yourself and demand excellence in your own work. Conversely, don't push yourself too hard.
10. Enlist help if you need it. If you find that you have too much work for one person and your productivity levels are slipping, ask friends or family for temporary help until you can regain control of your schedule.

Clever Apple Tutoring - A Home Based Business Demand for Tutors is High
by Kim Martin Clapp

Just about every busy mom has thought about starting a business from home to add to the family income. However, many work-from-home opportunities just don't "pan out". I should know, I've tried many of them myself! The good news is, there are some home businesses out there that are good . The one that worked for me is home tutoring, and it could work for you, too!
There is a BIG demand for tutors; parents are willing to get extra help for a struggling child. Just look at all of the big learning centers out there-they're swamped with business. Most of these places charge around $35 per hour, and put three students to one teacher. Many parents just can't afford this, and would be happy to pay you around $20 per hour to work one-to-one with their child.
