Enjoy the Recipe~Craft and Tip!!! ~^~^~^~^~^::~*~::^~^~^~^~^~ ~~~Laura's Recipe of the Day!!~~~ Thanks NAPPERS!! ;-) ~*^::Pork with Roasted Peppers & Potatoes::^*~ Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick Ground black pepper 1 tbsp. olive oil 4 medium red potatoes, cut up 1 medium onion, sliced 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed 1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers Directions: SEASON chops with black pepper. HEAT oil in nonstick skillet. Add chops and cook 10 min. or until well browned. Remove chops. ADD potatoes, onion and oregano. Cook 5 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally. ADD chops, broth and peppers. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Press under ??-inch on the longer edges. Fold the ??-inch over again so the raw edge is hidden. Glue in place. To create the stripes for the hangers, start by cutting several 4-inch strips of the red fabric the length of the fabric. Working on the wrong side of the fabric, fold the raw edges into the center and press. Fold in half again and press to create a long strip. Glue edges so it will stay in a strip and not unfold. Set aside. Cut two pieces of the green fabric 8-inch wide and ??-inch wider than the width of the curtain panel. Press under all edges ??-inch to the wrong side. Press in half to make a 4-inch wide piece. Glue one of the edges to the front side of the curtain panel at the back edge this will sandwiching the Natural fabric between the green fabrics covering all the unfinished edges. Cut one of the red strips 1-inch wider than the width of the curtain panel. Glue this strip above the green, folding under the ends at the sides to for a finished edge. At the top of the panel, fold the top fabric to the front ??-inch and press, fold down again, iron in place. To create the gathered element, start by cutting 4-inch strips by the length of the coordinating fabric. It may be necessary to connect strips (glue or stitch) to make them long enough. Fold in half, wrong sides together, and press. Create a running stitch along the raw edge. Gather up the fabric to fit the top of the curtain. Sew the gather in place between the folded areas. To create tabs for the curtain, cut prepared red strips to desired length to create tabs for the curtain rod. Glue three strips per panel, attaching in the back and bringing the other end forward to glue. Cut the end into a V. Lay the curtain on a plastic covered work surface. Squeeze 1 part Turquoise and 2 parts Olive onto foil and thoroughly mix with brush. Tap flat end of the wedge sponge into paint and tap excess off on foil. Pounce the paint mixture onto only the leaves and stems design of the cherry stamp. Immediately position in place on the curtain and press. Carefully remove stamp. Referring to photo, stamp desired amount of leaves and stems on the curtains applying paint for each stamping. Let dry. Detail the curtain with Deep Red Stitching lines along side and top. Let dry. Position buttons in place. Squeeze a dot of the Winter White Scribbles where a button is desired and press button into paint. There should be enough paint squeezing through the holes to hold the button in place. Continue will all buttons, adding red buttons for the cherries. Add black buttons along the bottom edge and at the end of each tab.
