Enjoy the Recipe~Craft and Tip!!! :*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*: ~~~Laura's Recipe of the Day!!~~~ Thanks Raven ;-) ~*^:: BLT Pasta Salad ::^*~ Yield: 4 to 8 servings. 1(7 ounce) package whole-wheat elbow macaroni, 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/3 cup reduced-fat French salad dressing ?? cup lemon juice 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon ?? teaspoon coarse ground black pepper 2 teaspoons Splenda 1 large tomato, cored and chopped finely ?? cup scallions (green onions) finely minced 4 cups lettuce, shredded finely 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese Cook macaroni in lightly salted water until al dente. Rinse in cold water, drain and allow to cool in refrigerator. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, lemon juice, bouillon, black pepper and Splenda. Fold in macaroni, tomato and scallions. Cover. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in lettuce, shredded cheese, and bacon. Mod Podge Puzzle Saver, 2 oz. 9"x12" unfinished wood box 8"x10" puzzle 1-1/3 yard gold cording Sponge brush Craft knife Paper palette Cellulose sponge Sandpaper Ruler Hot glue gun and glue DIRECTIONS: Prepare Box Basecoat entire box with two coats of Antique Gold paint, sanding coats. Let dry 2-3 hours. Sponge foil adhesive over entire box, so that the sponged texture shows and the surface is not completely covered. Let adhesive dry until clear. Apply Gold Foil to adhesive on entire box. Adhere Puzzle Complete the puzzle. Apply one coat of Mod Podge?® Puzzle Saver to back of puzzle. Let dry 30 minutes. Use a craft knife and ruler to trim puzzle if necessary so it will fit nicely in center of box top. Apply a coat of Puzzle Saver to the back of the puzzle and position it on the box. Press in place and let dry for about 30 minutes. Finish Apply two coats of Puzzle Saver to top of puzzle and entire box. Let dry completely between coats. Using hot glue, adhere gold cord around the edge of the puzzle. Tie a knot at right center. At the ends of cord, tie a knot 1-1/2" from ends and unravel to create a tassel. :*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*: ~~~Jessica's Secret Tips!~~~ Thanks Jamie!!! ;) Great Tip!! ::~.Cleaning Down Comforters.~:: Many can be machine-washed, but read the care label because some comforters may have to be dry-cleaned. For washable comforters, use a mild laundry detergent on a gentle setting.
