Enjoy the Recipe~Craft and Tip!!! :*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*::*: ~~~Laura's Recipe of the Day!!~~~ ~*^:: Asiago Chicken and Cavatappi ::^*~ 1?? cups uncooked Cavatappi pasta (5 ounces) ?? cup boiling water ?? cup julienne strips sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed) 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into ?? inch pieces ?? teaspoon garlic pepper ?? teaspoon salt 2 cups frozen baby bean and carrot blend (from 1-pound bag) ?? cup chopped fresh parsley ?? cup shredded Asiago cheese (1 ounce) 1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over tomatoes; let stand 10 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook chicken, garlic pepper and salt in skillet 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is brown. Stir in tomato mixture and vegetables. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender. 3. Stir in pasta; cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Stir in parsley. Sprinkle with cheese :`::`::`::`::`::`::`::`::`::`::`: ~~~Nap's Craft of the Day!!!~~~ If you would like to see Pictures of The Crafts please stop by our message board!! http://tinyurl.com/cf9wx AOL ~*^ Pumpkin Pal ^*~ Supplies: Styrofoam Ball (3-inch) Black Foam Sheet Green Felt Sheet Brown Chenille Stem Scissors Thick Craft Glue Orange Acrylic Paint Sponge Brush Paper Plate Pencil Instructions: Press a pencil lengthwise into the Styrofoam ball to make indentations, evenly spaced, all around for pumpkin ridges. Cut three triangles for the eyes and nose, and a mouth from black craft foam. Cut a leaf from green felt. Wrap the chenille stem around a pencil to coil for a stem. Use the foam brush to lightly dab orange paint onto the styrofoam ball until completely covered. Tip: To make it easier, stick the ball onto the tip of a pencil to hold in place while painting. Let dry. Use a pencil to stuff the felt leaf and one end of the stem into the top of the Styrofoam pumpkin. Eliminating Hair Spray from Painted Wood .~:: Make a mixture of half baking soda and half white, non-gel toothpaste. Lightly dampen a clean, white cloth and dip it into the paste. Rub over the stained area and wipe off with a clean damp cloth.
