Sauce: 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter 1/4-1/3 cup hot pepper sauce 1 ?? tablespoons cider vinegar 1 0.6 ounce envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix 1 pound chicken tenders, rinsed and patted dry 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning) Purchased blue cheese dressing In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, hot sauce, cider vinegar and dressing mix. Stir over low heat until smooth. Taste and add more hot sauce if desired. Preheat grill. Place chicken tenders in a large bowl; drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Thread each chicken tender onto a wooden skewer. Grill on an oiled rack until cooked through and golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Brush generously with Buffalo Sauce in the last minutes of cooking. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping. o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o*~o ~~~Nap's Craft of the Day!!!~~~ If you would like to see Pictures of The Crafts please stop by our message board!! http://tinyurl.com/cf9wx AOL ~*^ Valentine Wagon Crate ^*~ SUPPLIES: Contempo Wood Crate Chunky Wooden Hearts (with smaller heart center), Large, 4 Artifacts Paper Doll Decoupage Paper Wooden Hearts, Assorted Shapes, 8 Acrylic Paint, Red Acrylic Paint, Gold Acrylic Paint, Ivory Paint Brush Wood Glue Spool o Ribbon, Gold Spool o Rribbon, Red Sponge Brushes Antiquing Medium Hand Drill and Bits INSTRUCTIONS: Paint crate red, inside and out. Let dry. Use dry brush technique to apply gold paint on top of red. Paint largest part of chunky hearts ivory. Paint inside heart red. Let dry. Dry brush with antiquing medium. Wipe off excess. Drill small hole at top of each small heart. Paint ivory; let dry and antique. Attach ribbon to hearts, and glue to side of crate as shown. Tie small red bows. Glue bows to inside of gold bow. Glue large hearts to bottom of crate for wheels. There could be a buildup of bacteria in the drain. To eliminate it, pour a cup of bleach down the drain. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes, so the bacteria can be killed.
