Even if you have the right information, but you don't have the necessary habits or reactions to use it, you still won't lose weight. People often fall into the "will-power trap". I'll tell you, will-power is the most overrated thing when it comes to weight-loss. Most people can't sustain the will-power necessary to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of their life. So, what is the answer? Well, you must have a way to get the information you need, and develop the necessary habits, reactions and mind-set necessary to lose weight. The trick here is that they absolutely must be seamlessly organized and connected. It isn't enough to get information from one diet-book and then work on changing your habits. It is necessary to work with a person or a program that has the knowledge to help you lose weight, but also has the expertise to teach you how to change your patterns in a way that will help you to keep it off.
