they already know.
 
The second secret to successful weight loss is having the
proper mindset and habits. Even if you have the right
information, but you don't have the necessary habits
or reactions to use it, you still won't lose weight.
 
People often fall into the "will-power trap". I'll tell you,
will-power is the most overrated thing when it comes
to weight-loss. Most people can't sustain the will-power
necessary to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of
their life.
 
So, what is the answer?
 
Well, you must have a way to get the information you need,
and develop the necessary habits, reactions and mind-set
necessary to lose weight. The trick here is that they
absolutely must be seamlessly organized and connected.
 
It isn't enough to get information from one diet-book and
then work on changing your habits. It is necessary to
work with a person or a program that has the knowledge
to help you lose weight, but also has the expertise to teach
you how to change your patterns in a way that will help
you to keep it off.
 
After much trial and error, I have found such a program.
