Hello everyone where in the world is the cool weather that we had here a few days ago.. Blah its back in the 90s guess better than the 100s huh .. well im going to go to the gym this afternoon work out a bit and try and get "BUFF" HAHAHAHA yeah like that will every happen... anyways I have picked the first winner of the recipe contest.. please keep sending the recipes in. Recipe of  the day

PERSONALITY CAKE

I call it Personality Cake because it can be changed

around to suit everybody's taste!!!

IT'S SO EASY TOO!!! 

LEMON FLUFF CAKE

1 Box of Lemon Cake Mix ***

Eggs/Water/Vegetable Otl-according to cake package

Fluff Icing

1 small pkg of French Vanilla pudding ***

2 cups of milk

1- 8 oz. cream cheese

1 small container of Cool Whip

Mix Cake mix as directed on the package.

Pour into 11 x 13 baking pan or 2 round cake pans

Bake and let cool.

Icing

Mix pudding and milk together til mixed good

Beat in cream cheese(softened)

Beat in Cool Whip

Mix until all is fluffy and completely mixed

Ice the whole top of 11 x 13 cake

or Ice the top of both round cakes and place one on top of other and finish icing whole round cake

You can sprinkle on different toppings on finished cake***

Refrigerate right away

Store cake or any leftovers in refrigerator

Here comes the personality part!!!

***You can use any flavor of pudding.

      (such as chocolate, vanilla, lemon, pistachio,butterscotch)

***You can use any flavor of cake mix

      (such as lemon, yellow, chocolate,butter pecan,white,

        spice, etc.)

***You can use many different toppings for cake if you want

      too. (such as cookie crumbs, sprinkles, candy bars-mashed,

     candy toppings, chopped up nuts of any kind, chocolate

     chips, butterscotch chips,, etc. )

   Just pick your cake mix flavor, pick a pudding flavor and

  toppings that all go together-whatever suits your fancy!!

  This is soooooooo good!! Its sinful!!!
