Hey everyone Good Afternoon.. Its a pretty dreary day altho i cant complain its been pretty  nice outside the past couple days. Leave it to a Monday to screw that up huh. I've been getting into PSP alot here lately (paintshop pro) and I was wondering and i know it sounds funny coming from me tee hee but if anyone knew of any good psp tutorial sites i could check out  . SERVINGS & SCALING

Original recipe yield: 1 - 9 inch square pan

 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 3/4 cups hot water

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in the milk and melted butter. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cocoa. Spread over the top of the batter in the pan. Pour the hot water over the entire pan of batter.
4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven. The cake is done when the cake part is on top and the bottom is of a pudding consistency.
