Morning All. I just wanted to say Welcome to all the new Subscribers. I hope you enjoy your Newsletter filled with goodies.  Got a Doctor’s appointment today Fun fun.. well in this case it will be. I can finally be on the road to being well again. SOOO tired of being sick. Did you all see that New England and the Giants  get to go on to the SuperBowl. Im not sure who is going to win but it looks like the patriots are having a perty good streak right now. 18-0 so yeah I don’t know . I just watch the game. I don’t necessarily root for any one given team. Ok enough of my blabbering and on with the good stuff. See ya all tomorrow.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

SERVINGS & SCALING

Original recipe yield: 18 cookies

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 egg
• 18 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
