Hey all.. Computer got fixed finally YAY.. that’s what I’ve been doing the past couple days is redoing all my programs on my computer. Had a virus go thru it and yeah basically played havoc on my computer. Errors popping up everywhere. My automatic updates wouldn’t work my dvd/cd player wouldn’t work for nothing and I couldn’t even do a system restore on it blah. Well we did a dry wipe (for those who don’t know what this is its where you take and completely delete everything off of your computer and start over from scratch) I hate dry wiping but yeah that’s what had to be done. Days of moving files so I could salvage them and then days of putting them back. I’m pretty much back the way I was before minus the virus. Got some great tips today on poison ivy remedies that’s towards the bottom if you would like to check that out. Today’s Member tip is on Poison Ivy

Tip #1 ~ HI my name is Gearldene I also had poison ivy and I used pure bleach on the end of a cotton swab put it on the spot after I rubbed it and it really works will know a difference in a day or so. ~*~ Thanks Gearldene I’ve actually had another person to tell me to try bleach also.. and rubbing alcohol  (both sound painful but worth trying)

Tip #2 ~

I HAVE A SURE CURE FOR POISON IVY,BUT IT IS KIND OF HASH YOU TAKE A SOFT CLOTH WET IT TAKE SALT AND SCRUB OFF THE HEADS OF ANY SORES OR BLISTERS THEN TAKE VINEGAR FLUSH THE INFECTED AREA WITH IT LET IT DRY DON'T WASH FOR A WHILE REPEAT IF NESSARY,IT HAS WORKED ON EVERY ONE THAT I

TOLD ABOUT HAVE IT,IT TAKES GUTS BUT WELL WORTH IT

*NOTE* my poison ivy has pretty much cleared up now but if you have a great tip to possibly help someone else get rid of their poison ivy rash be sure to send em in. Thanks again for these awesome tips.

~*~ RECIPE OF THE DAY ~*~

Citrus Pepper Steak

PREP TIME     15 Min

READY IN    1 Hr

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

    * 1 cup orange juice

    * 1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce

    * 1 serrano chile, stem removed

    * 1 1/2 pounds boneless top beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick

    * 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed

DIRECTIONS

   1. Place orange juice, steak sauce and chile in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into small saucepan. Bring just to boil. Remove from heat. Remove 1/4 cup of the orange juice mixture for brushing onto steak as it cooks; reserve 1/2 cup of the remaining orange juice mixture for serving with the cooked steak. Store in separate containers. Pour remaining orange juice mixture over steak in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.

   2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove steak from bag; discard bag and marinade.

   3. Grill steak 15 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with the reserved 1/4 cup orange juice mixture. Cut steak into six pieces. Serve with the remaining 1/2 cup orange juice mixture and the broccoli.
