Hello and howdy .... how is everyone this Thursday morning.. Hearing chirp chirp chirp round here... no theres no babies yet but it means they will be coming even sooner than planned.. ok well i havent been planning on a time for them to hatch so i guess now is good as any.. We have  a prayer request from Countrycrazies member Brittany she writes My Aunt Cherie was just diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on her brain; it is too big to operate, and the doctors only gave her about six months to live, at the most.  She is only 32, and has a 14 yr. old son; please pray for her, and our family. Brittany your family and your Aunt  is in our thoughts and prayers to help them thru this tragic time.

~*~ Recipe of the Day ~*~

Mexican Macaroni and cheese



2    cups uncooked radiatore (nugget) pasta (6 ounces)
1/4    cup sliced ripe olives
1/2    cup fat-free (skim) milk or fat-free half-and-half
1/2    teaspoon salt
1    small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1    can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles, drained
4    slices fat-free process American cheese (2 ounces)

   
1.      Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
2.      Stir remaining ingredients into pasta. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
