Mexican Fruit Cake


 
Ingredients
1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple
2 ts Baking soda
2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Chopped walnuts
2 Eggs

Instructions~ tastes alot like honey cake- very simple mix everything together in a bowl- you do not need a mixer - pour into 9xl3 pan- greased at 350 for 45 minutes-----Enjoy!!!
