I didn??™t place the end of the article and those of you who read the ezine from the beginning are certain to expect it :) Ok, I try to meet your expectations and now the article continues:

What??™s to be done?

There is the only way out: to find and launch your own Trade.

I don??™t mean business for the sake of money. We know that you can earn a lot of money at work. But they don??™t give you Freedom. Business is for the sake of money, your own Trade is for the sake of Freedom, Happiness and satisfaction from your Life.

It isn??™t so easy to find your own Trade but when you find it, it isn??™t so easy to bring yourself to leave your SLAVERY. It is difficult, but it must be done as we have no rights to give away our Freedom and nobody has any right to control it.

Here Alexei raised the question about business and your own Trade as well as differences about them. It is worth placing here the definition by Yuri Moroz, who invented the idea of ???your own Trade???:

Business is a profit`s bringing activity.?  Often it is legally registered in one way or another, but may be conducted without legal registration.

Trade (One??™s Own Trade) is an activity that reflects the unique qualities (abilities) of a Person.? ?  It is not conducted out of ???self-interest???, but because there is an internal drive towards it (the person wants to do it).

In my opinion, to launch your own Trade quickly is the best but hardly feasible option. Firstly you are to find it, and it takes most ???finders??? very much time.

Having heared about ???your own Trade???, people decide not to start any activity before realizing what their Trade is. And I think it??™s the biggest mistake, because you can find your Trade only acting on your own initiative and doing something what you want to do.

There is another reason why people waste time seeking their own Trade while not acting. While studying every boy and girl are held under pressure of a big standardization machine that applies the only educational program to huge amount of different people. Grown up people forget to listen to their feelings and become used to be guided by others. Generally speaking it??™s the educational system that makes ???The XXI Century Slaves???. The influence of educational systems is a topic for a separate discussion, I plan to open ezine about it but not now. Now we speak about employment :)

These conclusions are casted by works of Yuri Moroz. Read another part of hi article and write me what comes to YOUR personal mind whie reading these texts:

Allow me to immediately answer a possible question. What to do if it is still unclear, what one??™s own Trade is?

Answer: ???Live???.

Work, create a business or businesses, but do not forget that you still have to find your own Trade in life.

By the way, it is impossible to understand what is yours and what isn??™t without trying it out in practice. Understanding yourself, your weak and strong sides considerably increase your ability to reach goals. But the goal, itself has to correspond to your personality.

If you choose very attractive looking goals that are inappropriate for you personally, a simple thing will happen: you will start loosing interest for this goal and won??™t have enough strength and energy to reach the set goal. A correctly chosen goal creates a mood when you go to work as if to a party and in the evening you return with a feeling of having done your duty and in a good mood. Even if you are not going anywhere the internal feeling is just as good.

Some may get lucky and know their Trade from birth, and if there is such a desire, his task is to build a business around his activity. Such a person enjoys working, engages in his favourite trade, has no superiors and he also has a level of life accepted to him.? ?  Others may have a harder fare.?  For example, to have a sufficient or even more than necessary income, but all the while to drag their feet into the office as if to a penal colony. There may be another possibility, that of a disliked and poorly paid job. But we don??™t even wanted to think about it.? ?  You can model other variants yourself should you so wish.

In our case we are basing ourselves in the premise that the search for one??™s own Trade and creation of business occur in parallel. You are looking for areas, which you prefer and beside that you try to set up your business in them. It is desirable that the understanding of what is one??™s Trade came before the creation of one??™s Trade.? ?  Although, if that isn??™t so, it is not the end of the world.?  You can re-profile your business or take care of those parts in it which you enjoy, while delegating the rest to others, or even create another business using the resources of the existing one and then liquidate the first one (or not).

So, the resume is: if you know, what is your own Trade, start it immediately. And don??™t read this ezine because we can??™t help you, you know everything without us. And if you haven??™t found your Trade ??“ start acting, launch your business. To feed you your own Trade must be formed as business and you will need business experience having found your Trade. So why not to gain business experience that will be useful in your Trade? By the way, doing business you get more chances to realize what is your own Trade than being an employee.
