Hi, due to popular demand, we've added a few things. You'll see how much I have made on the PTC site and what it takes to reach payout as well as who owns the site according to WHOIS data. Many of you were interested in knowing payouts before signing up and in getting a sense of how quickly payout could be reached - hence those new features. The WHOIS data is because some of you are familiar with certain owners who either have a tendency to pay or not pay, and so knowing at least what the owner told WHOIS can be helpful. Also if the owner is out of the country or uses a proxy service to register, you can at least make an informed decision about whether you want to sign up or not.

The name says it! If payment was earned and requested and repeated attempts to contact or resolve the issue have been unsuccessful, the site gets listed here. It also comes here if the site disappears or was inaccessible more than 4 times during the month or there were other technical difficulties with the sites - most paid links didn't work, etc.
