I hope those who celebrated Thanksgiving had a good one this year.
Ginny and I are going to eat our turkey dinner today. We delayed it
this year. We just took a drive on Thanksgiving day this year.

I'm so sorry for being slack in getting my stories out to you
these past few weeks. Ginny was away in Idaho with her daughter.
She came home the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We've been
spending all our time together. In the evenings, we curl up on the
sofa holding each other, usually falling asleep in each other's arms.

We've missed the warmth of each other in bed. We crawl under the
covers and wrap around each other and sleep like babies - content
to have the love of our life back in our arms again. I've missed

I have a good reason for it. Ginny packed her bags
and left me on Monday morning at 4 AM.

I didn't want her to  go, but in my heart, I knew it
was something she'd been planning for a long time.

I tried to put it out of my mind. I did everything I could,
but she got into the taxi and left me.

The taxi pulled away. I watched it turn the corner, saw
it disappear from view, and turned my back to walk into

Ginny is going away for a few weeks. She'll
be leaving next Monday. She's going to be with her daughter,
who is having a baby girl soon.

Ginny is excited about having her first granddaughter.
She'll be 1000's of miles away and happy. I'll be
1000's of miles away in the other direction - happy
for Ginn and her daughter, but lonely without my
little girl - Ginny.

    I'm OK, just busy with work and life. I wrote today's

Every night I came home from work with the intension of

Last week was a bad one. I was stressed at work.
