Native resident of Chicago, so'L sirCh started clubbing at the ripe age of 14 where he came to adore the DJ culture. He then bought his first mixer and turntables and debuted as Kangol Kydd at the local suburban house parties. In 1997 he came across a local promoter named Lyle del Mundo from Dynasty Entertainment where he started as a street promoter to a Dynasty Remix resident DJ to events manager.sirCh has spun at some of Chicago's hottest venues such as Zentra, Dragon room, Aura(Vision), Voyage, Biology Bar, Spy Bar, House of Blues, etc. He has opened up for talents such as Fast Eddie, Triple threat Dj's (Apollo,Vinroc & Shortcut), JJ Fad, & DJ Qbert to name a few. As a DJ, no one can question sirCh's versatility from Hip Hop to House to Dancehall; whether he's creating a night woven with dark and mysterious beats, or charging up the dance floor with electrifying vocals backed with hard grooves, sirCh intuitively works a room with his creative mixing and programming style, playing music for the masses, as well as the most discriminating audiences.sirCh is quick to please the audience maintaining a philosophy and understanding of how music elevates the soul by the reverberating energy transferred from sound to man. sirCh also founded Phyphonics and honed his craft as a mobile DJ performing for local and corporate events.
