Cultural Art Festival at Hermann Park-Houston Rose Garden

Greetings from The Baraka Group in conjunction with EB5 International Coffee & Tea House and Art2facts Online Gallery.  We invite all visual artists, sculptures, poets & musicians to come join us in The First Annual White Linen Summer Art Festival at *Hermann Park-Houston Garden Center.

This event will be held on Saturday, June 21^st 2008; 6:00pm - 10:00pm at Hermann Park- Houston Garden Center.

*Our goal is to exhibit fine cultural arts in an ecological conscience environment.

The Baraka Group believes it’s our sacred mission to educate the masses through the beauty of visual arts, poetry, & music while reinforcing the idea of protecting planet Earth.

*Honorary Guest speaker at the Houston Garden Center will be Moud Kasirivu of Uganda speaking on the atrocities and troubles that plague his native land.

*Also performances from New Orleans Black Mardi Gras Indians, Egyptian Belly Dancers from Cairo, Egypt, a Jazz Trio, & Thought provoking Poets speaking Artistically on Environmental Issues.  

*Visual Arts will be installed throughout the West Wing of the Rose Garden.
