Subject: 7 Seas Cruise News - March15, 2004

Greetings, Cruise Fans,

Welcome to another edition of the 7 Seas
Cruise News, brought to you by Pat Crane-my
husband and your best resource for really
good cruise prices and deep discounts on the
very cruises you want to take!

Pat asked me to address our single cruisers
in this issue- since Holland America is
currently offering some excellent single
supplements on a number of their cruises.
For instance, on June 12, you can sail on
the Noordam for 10 days from London to
Copenhagen. In an inside cabin, you'll pay
only a $300 single supplement in an inside
cabin and $400 in an ocean-view cabin. If
you'd like a transatlantic, there's a 13-day
Ft. Lauderdale to Lisbon cruise on May 4.
The single supplement is only $250 or $300
for this one-an excellent value-especially
for singles who are often faced with 150% or
200% for single occupancy of a cabin. The
reduced single supplement is also available
on a 21- day Ft. Lauderdale to Vancouver on
4/ 14, or on a 7-night Caribbean from Tampa
on 4/10 or a 7-night Caribbean from Port
Canaveral on 4/ 10, or a 13-night Ft.
Lauderdale to Baltimore on 4/2. There is
also a Hawaiian cruise, 4/19. If you know
any single sailors, let them know. They can
reach Pat at 1-866- 424-1090 toll-free.
Write him at cruiseplanners7seascruises@msn.

Now, for everyone else, there are some other
great savings on Holland America cruises.
From now through next Sunday, Pat has
bargain fares on 7-day Eastern and Western
Caribbean cruises, Sea of Cortez and Mexican
Riviera cruises, South America, Hawaii,
Europe and Alaska. These discounted fares
are applicable on many March, April and May
departures. Call Pat for more details.  And
now, some cruise news??¦

Holland America Changes Tip Policy

Since most Holland America guests extend
gratuities to recognize the gracious
exceptional service delivered by crew
members, Holland America is doing away with
their rather vague no-tipping policy. To
accommodate the wishes of guests (so they
say) Holland America Line will begin
automatically adding a gratuity of $10 per
guest, per day, including children, for
dining and stateroom service to each
shipboard account. Guests wishing to make
adjustments may do so at the end of the
cruise by visiting the Front Office.
Additionally, a 15% service charge will now
be automatically added to bar and beverage
purchases. This change will take effect on
the following sailings: Noordam on April 29,
2004; Statendam and Maasdam on May 9, 2004;
Ryndam on May 7, 2004; Veendam on May 16,
2004; Rotterdam and Volendam on May 5, 2004;
Zaandam on May 12, 2004; Amsterdam on May 9,
2004; Prinsendam on May 7, 2004; Zuiderdam
on May 1, 2004; Oosterdam on May 15, 2004;
and Westerdam on April 25, 2004.

Psychic Cruising-Well, Why Not?

Something special is in the cards for Delta
Queen's New Orleans & Riverboat Adventure
Week. The grand American Queen will offer a "
Psychic Experience" featuring renowned
psychic medium Sylvia Browne on two cruises
in December. Celebrate the Southern Holidays
with Ms. Browne, best-selling author of
paranormal books and a regular guest on The
Montel Williams Show, aboard the American
Queen Dec. 10-13 and Dec. 13-17. Fittingly,
both cruises begin and end in New Orleans,
one of America's most haunted cities, which
boasts haunted cemeteries and buildings, and
features the mysterious streets of the
French Quarter where spirits are said to
still frequent the taverns and homes. While
many people wait as long as five years for a
private reading by Ms. Browne, the cruise
will offer American Queen passengers an
opportunity for their own individual reading
while they are aboard (for an additional fee.
) During these special cruises, Ms. Browne
will offer lecture presentations, followed
by an audience reading and a signing of her
latest book "Mother God: The Feminine
Principle to Our Creator." Books are
available for purchase onboard. One of the
most popular spiritual mediums in the
country-if not the world-Ms. Browne has been
a working psychic for nearly 50 years. In
addition to the Montel Williams Show, she
also has appeared on Unsolved Mysteries, CNN,
and Entertainment Tonight, and is regularly
featured on Larry King Live. Ms. Browne has
written nearly a dozen books resulting from
her research into parapsychology, including
"Visits from the Afterlife," "Sylvia Browne's
Book of Angels," "Contacting Your Spirit Guide,"
and "The Other Side and Back."
