Greetings, Cruise Fans- It seems like everyone in Florida has their hurricane story. Well, so do we! But ours is all about how one is treated on a 7-day cruise when it becomes an 8-day cruise and finally, a 9-day cruise! That was our cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas last week. I'll give you a comprehensive review of the ship and ports in next week's edition of the 7 Seas Cruise News, but for now, we just want to let everyone know that we are up and running again! The lights are on, the air conditioning is working and the computer is on! So if you want to talk about cruises, Pat is back in business and you can reach him at 1-866-424-1090 toll-free or by email at cruiseplanners7seascruises@ msn.com We'd like to thank Megan for her excellent work while we were away! Good job, Megan! And we'd like to encourage all of our clients and friends who were at sea last week to drop us an email and let us know how your various ships and cruise lines handled weather and rescheduling problems, what they did about communications and whether or not they offered any "extras" to make up for your inconvenience. I'll let you know how the Mariner of the Seas handled us in the upcoming review! For now, it's good to be home. For all of our Florida clients and friends, we sincerely hope your hurricane stories are minor ones with happy endings- and that Ivan disappears before he can do any harm! Watch for the newsletter. And let us hear from you! Teri |
