Colin joined All My Children in
August 2005.
Colin was born in Farmington Hills,
Michigan and raised in Crete, Illinois. He attended Illinois Wesleyan
University where he played football before transferring to the University of
Iowa, graduating with a degree in biology/pre-medicine. He took a year off and
then applied to medical school. It was during this time that photographer
Bruce Weber discovered him. Colin was soon working for Ralph Lauren, Versace,
Calvin Klein and the runways in Milan, Paris and New York.
In 1997, he put down roots in New York
City where he continued to model and began appearing in national commercials.
Eventually Colin landed guest appearances on Law & Order: SVU and Leap
of Faith. He also joined the Riant Theatre Group, and has starred in
numerous plays.
In 2002 after deciding to pursue acting
full-time, Colin moved to Los Angeles and immediately booked a pilot for the
WB. He accumulated three film roles and more guest appearances (Gilmore
Girls, Nip/Tuck, Charmed). His most recent films are Vampires:
The Turning, Must Love Dogs and Beautiful Dreamer.
Colin currently lives in New York City.
He enjoys exploring the city, going to the theatre and running marathons. He
has run in the Chicago Marathon twice and the San Diego marathon. Colin also
enjoys tutoring high school children in math once every week at The Door
Youth Center.
