Mary Beth joined As the World Turns
in December 2000 as the recurring Sierra Montgomery.
For Mary Beth, she decided to pursue
acting after being voted Best Actress by her fourth grade classmates. After
high school graduation, she spent five month in Europe before she joined the
prestigious South Coast Repertory Conservatory.
You might remember her from her
previous roles -- Kayla on Days of Our Lives or Katherine on General
Hospital. She has also been on Rituals, Murder, She Wrote, Remington
Steele, Crime and Punishment and the TV movie Secrets of a
Mother and Daughter. Mary Beth has starred in the films Toy Soldiers,
Lovelines and Protocol. On stage, at the Beverly Hills
Playhouse, she's appeared in All This and Moonlight and Love Letters
at the Canon Theatre.
Mary Beth was born in Pasadena on March
7. She married Dr. Michael Schwartz in 1985 and the couple have three
children.
