Bold & the Beautiful Ben Hogestyn (Lucas, General
Hospital) assumes the contract role of a man whose father died in a tanker
accident onboard a ship Nick captained. For GH fans, Ben will leave the
role of Lucas, and the show is planning a recast. Ben debuts on B&B
August 28.
Guiding Light Teja Anderson, Frank Dicopoulos' (Frank)
(both right, shown with their two children) real-life wife will play a
love interest for him August 16.
Young & the Restless The show's co-creater Lee
Philip Bell will cameo with her real-life pal, piano virtuoso Van Cliburn, at

In 1987, Robin Christopher found
herself a long-running character when she assumed the role of Skye Chandler.
She began playing Skye on All My Children in 1987 until 1991. In 1999,
Skye crossed over to One Life to Live until April 2001, when Skye
breezed into the Quartermaine mansion and announced she was a Quartermaine.
Born in Revere, Massachusetts, Robin
turned down a scholarship at Boston University's School of Visual Arts to
pursue her acting career in New York City. While studying in Manhattan, she
paid the bills by modeling for various jewelry, catalog and makeup companies.
Her first big role was the role of Skye Chandler on AMC.
Robin took a break from Skye to go to
Los Angeles, guest-starring in numerous pilots, sitcoms and dramas. She
returned to New York to play Lorna on Another World, where she met her
future husband, Matt Crane. The two eloped to their cottage in Nova Scotia.
Robin enjoys cooking, reading, painting
and yoga, She and Matt live in Los Angeles with their son August and newborn
Gianna.
