Seven-year-old Darcy Rose joined Young
& the Restless in December 2003 as the daughter of Ashley and Brad,
whose real father is Victor.
In 2005 and 2006, Darcy Rose won the
Young Artists Award for Best Performance in a Television
Series/Guest-Starring Actress.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Darcy
Rose's first acting job was before she was a year old. Young Darcy Rose
has already appeared in national commercials or Sony Handicam, J.C. Penney,
Dial, Suncom, Mattel, Comcast and Tylenol. She's even appeared in a radio spot
for Sutter Healthcare.
Her film credits include roles in Perfect
and The Sparky Chronicles. Darcy Rose also had a guest-starring role in
Without a Trace. Her theater debut was at age 3 1/2. Appearances
include Annie, Cinderella, The Music Man and The Sound of Music.
Darcy Rose successfully juggles school,
auditions, professional work and play. She enjoys playing with her pet rat,
Magic, and parrot, Mr. Greenburd. She loves to sing and improvise songs.
