Details have been released surrounding Tom Pelphrey and Stephanie Gatschet's (Jonathan and Tammy) exits at Guiding Light. In late January one of the two characters will die and the other will fake his/her death. 

In other news, Days of Our Lives recently fired Renee Jones (Lexie) and Shayna Rose (Stephanie). Shayna was told there was no story for her character as the show wants to continue with the newly reunited Steve and Kayla. Brody Hutzler and Farah Fath (Patrick and Mimi) will exit early next year as well. Sources are say that at least three more on their way out.

Bold & the Beautiful Tracey E. Bregman brings Young & the Restless' Lauren back to L.A. in January.

Days of Our Lives Rico Simonini guests as Stefano's henchman Rico December 6.

Guiding Light Kane Manera returns for several weeks in January. Molly Nue returns as Sheila December 5. Kay Story guests as Bailey December 5.

One Life to Live Jessica gets a blast from Tess' past as Kevin Kane and Kevin Bulla returns as Reg and Brad. Lonnie McCullough guests as the psychiatric expert Dr. Zimmerman December 5.

Young & the Restless Jerry Douglas is back as John December 11. Sylvia Browne (right) cameos for three episodes beginning December 7. Barbara Crampton is back as Leanna January 9. Vincent Irizarry begins as David January 9.

Dax has appeared on Sunset Beach, All My Children, Charmed, CSI: Miami, CSI and Pacific Blue prior to his Bold & the Beautiful role of Shane.

Dax was raised in Marietta, Georgia and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in business marketing and a minor in theatre. Dax was born on March 22 and resides in Los Angeles.
