SPOTLIGHT
ON...Forbes March (Nash Brennan, One Life to Live) www.forbes-march.net
Born in
Bristol, England and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Forbes was enrolled
in McGill University in Montreal as a pre-med major. Before year two,
following his heart, he headed to Vancouver and ended up selling watches
door-to-door. The day he went in to the Charles Street modeling agency,
he signed an acting contract instead. He soon wound up on the Canadian
series Northwood.
The show
was cancelled after a year, so Forbes traveled to Milan. Enchanted by
the city, for the next three and a half years, he modeled all over
Europe for clients including Armani and Tommy Hilfiger.
Eventually,
he landed in New York and in 1998, he enrolled in the Lee Strasberg
Theatre Institute. During his time there, he won the role of Scott
Chandler on All My Children. Numerous appearances in film and
television followed, including the films Dirty Love, Off
Broadway and Campfire Stories and the television series CSI,
Mutant X and the MTV pilot for Shotgun Loves Dolls.
Forbes
has studied piano, French horn, guitar and voice. He loves all outdoor
sports including canoeing, hiking and snow skiing. He currently lives in
Manhattan with his
wife Vanessa, daughter Marina and newborn son Peter.
