SPOTLIGHT ON...Erin Cardillo (Esme

Erin was born in White Plains, New
York but considers Greenwich, Connecticut, where she lived from age 10 through
high school, her home town.
Though Erin has always wanted to be
an actress, her parents thought it was important she have a normal childhood,
and encouraged her to finish college before taking on acting professionally.
Erin attended Northwestern University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Performance Studies. It was there that she began to explore writing and
adaptation, as well as acting. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. Erin spent her
junior year abroad in London, through Marymount College, where she cultivated
her great love of Shakespeare.
After college Erin moved to New York
where she jumped into the theater. After booking two television jobs, on the
short-lived sitcom Madigan Men, with Gabriel Byrne, and long-standing Law
& Order, Erin was hooked and knew that a move to Los Angeles would be
inevitable.
In the past few years in L.A. Erin
has written and produced a short film (The Murder of Donovan Slain),
and acted in over 10 films. She has appeared in guest-starring and recurring
roles on ABC, NBC, CBS, NIK, FOX and Lifetime series.
Erin lives in Hollywood, California
and her birthday is February 17.
