Editor's Note

Four time Daytime Emmy winner Hogan Sheffer is returning as a co-head writer -- this time with The Young & the Restless. He has previously been the head scribe of As the World Turns and Days of Our Lives. Hogan will share head writing duties with Maria Arena Bell.



      THIS WEEK

All My Children Jake and Frankie try to rescue a bleeding Tad. Greenlee kisses Zach on impulse. Jesse comforts Angie.

As the World Turns Emily encourages Casey to do the right thing. Chris has a bad reaction to Alison's decision. Meg and Paul take a step towards each other.

Bold & the Beautiful Donna stands up to Ridge. Phoebe is surprised when Brooke stands up for Taylor. Pam tracks down Marcus.

Days of Our Lives Abe questions Philip at the pub. John is placed under arrest for assaulting a police officer. Sami signs the annulment papers.

General Hospital Anthony threatens Lulu to keep Johnny in line. Jax and Carly can no longer ignore their problems. Claudia learns more about Nikolas' love for Emily.

Guiding Light Rafe goes to extreme measures to protect Gus' name. Olivia lashes out at Natalia. Lizzie and Alan prepare to take their revenge.

SPOTLIGHT ON....Daniel Cosgrove (Bill Lewis, Guiding Light)

Daniel Cosgrove rejoined the cast in November 2007 as Bill, a role he played previously from 2002 until 2005.

His first daytime appearance was as All My Children's Scott Chandler. Daniel then moved to Los Angeles to play Matt Durning on Beverly Hills 90210. Since then, he has starred in several major motion pictures including Valentine, The Object of My Affection and Van Wilder: Party Liaison. He has also starred in When the Music Stops, a VH1 original movie, and ABC's Satan's School For Girls. Most recently, Daniel's starred on In Justice and this season's Dirty Sexy Money alongside Donald Sutherland and Peter Krause.

Daniel and his wife, Marie, have three daughters and his birthday is December 16.
