Editor's Note

Kathleen Noone (Edna, Passions) and Christine Elise McCarthy (Emily, Beverly Hills, 90210) are going to appear on GH: Night Shift. Kathleen will play Patricia Julian, mom to at-war docs Leo and Kyle. Her run is scheduled to be for September 23. Christine, currently working on Route 30 (due for release in 2009) will play Eric's sister Sylvia, for a few episodes.

All My Children Eden Riegel is returning in early October as Bianca. This time, she'll be bringing a new friend with her, in late October Tamara Braun (Carly, General Hospital & Ava, Days of Our Lives) is set to begin as Reese.

As the World Turns Karl Girolamo (Kevin) will return for a short-term stint in Oakdale. He should return October 13.

Bold & the Beautiful Ivar Brogger returns as Dr. Patrick October 1. Jacqueline Hahn returns as Dr. Caspary October 3.

Days of Our Lives Erin Chambers will air as Lacey September 19 and again on October 9. 

Guiding Light Tom Wiggin begins as Decker September 15. Montel Williams reprises his role of Clayton September 18.

One Life to Live ESPN's Matthew Berry will make a guest appearance as a jewelry appraiser named Neil. Melissa Fumero is back as Adriana for a few September 18. Ty Treadway and Jessica Morris (Troy and Jen) are both back October 1. Florencia Lozano returns as Tea in December. Camila Banus will appear as Langston's cousin Lola Montez on October 3.

Young & the Restless Tatyana Ali is back as Roxanne October 2. Designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard cameos October 2. George Kotsiopolous cameos October 1. Model Ruby Aldridge shows up as herself on October 1. Erin Sanders appears as Eden on September 22-26. Raya Meddine appears as Sabrina Newman's ghost on September 24. M.C. Gainey appears as Dick Denter on September 23 and 24. Danny Trejo appears again as the bartender on September 25 and 26. Jerry Douglas appears as John Abbott's Ghost on September 30.

All My Children Zach and Kendall grow farther apart. Angie sees a different side of Randi. Greenlee's true feelings for Ryan begin to surface.

As the World Turns Janet and Carly argue about Jack. Casey's new plan worries Emily. Meg finds Dusty locked in a cell.

Bold & the Beautiful Ridge and Nick face off when Ridge becomes Bridget's champion. Arch-nemesis Brooke and Taylor share a poignant moment as they fight for the same cause. Bridget is charmed by Owen's chivalry.

Days of Our Lives Stefano tells brother John that they need to settle their differences regarding the DiMera empire. The mayor announces Abe’s successor as police commissioner. Max and Trent get into a fight in Trent’s hotel room.

General Hospital Nadine is in the wrong place at the wrong time. Sonny gets an ominous visit from Anthony. Johnny sneaks Lulu out of Shadybrook to take her to Sonny's wedding.

Guiding Light Alan awakens from his drug induced coma. Dinah teams up with "G" to cause more tension for Lizzie and Bill. Natalia and Olivia visit Rafe at the prison.

One Life to Live Marty expresses her feelings toward Todd. Langston faces a judge. Rex, Gigi and Bo find out something shocking about Brody.

Young & the Restless Chloe's baby was conceived around June 28th. Billy decides that it's high time he met Cane. Adam learns something about Victor.

SPOTLIGHT ON...Kevin Dobson (Mickey Horton, Days of Our Lives)

Kevin Dobson, starring as Juror 10 in the national tour of 12 Angry Men, received People's Choice Awards for best actor and leading man, studied with acting coach Sandy Meisner and came to prominence co-starring with Telly Savalas in TV's mega-hit Kojak. He also starred in CBS' Shannon and as Mack in the TV hit Knots Landing, then in F/X: The Series.

Kevin starred in 26 TV movies, including Orphan Train, with Jill Eikenberry; The Conviction of Kitty Dodd, with Veronica Hamel; A House of Secrets and Lies, with Connie Sellecca; Transplant, with Melina Dillon; Sweet Revenge, opposite Kelly McGillis and Alec Baldwin; Money, Power, Murder, with Julianne Moore and Blythe Danner, and as TV's Mike Hammer in Mickey Spillane's Margin for Murder.

Among his theatre credits, he toured with The Impossible Years, understudied Jon Voight as Stanley in Streetcar Named Desire, starring as Marc in the acclaimed comedy Art, and as Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music. In motion pictures, Kevin starred with Gene Hackman and Barbra Steisand's husband in All Night Long and with Henry Fonda in Midway.

A veteran and former MP, Kevin was Chairman of the Salute to Hospitalized Veterans, for which he was recognized in the White House by President Bush (41) and received the Silver Helmut Award.
