October as Bianca. This time, she'll be bringing a new friend with her,
in late October Tamara Braun (Carly, General Hospital & Ava, Days
of Our Lives) is set to begin as Reese.
As the World Turns Karl Girolamo (Kevin) will return
for a short-term stint in Oakdale. He should return October 13.

SPOTLIGHT ON...Kevin Dobson (Mickey
Horton, Days of Our Lives)
Kevin Dobson, starring as Juror 10 in the national
tour of 12 Angry Men, received People's Choice Awards for best actor
and leading man, studied with acting coach Sandy Meisner and came to
prominence co-starring with Telly Savalas in TV's mega-hit Kojak. He
also starred in CBS' Shannon and as Mack in the TV hit Knots Landing,
then in F/X: The Series.
Kevin starred in 26 TV movies, including Orphan
Train, with Jill Eikenberry; The Conviction of Kitty Dodd, with
Veronica Hamel; A House of Secrets and Lies, with Connie Sellecca; Transplant,
with Melina Dillon; Sweet Revenge, opposite Kelly McGillis and Alec
Baldwin; Money, Power, Murder, with Julianne Moore and Blythe Danner,
and as TV's Mike Hammer in Mickey Spillane's Margin for Murder.
Among his theatre credits, he toured with The
Impossible Years, understudied Jon Voight as Stanley in Streetcar Named
Desire, starring as Marc in the acclaimed comedy Art, and as
Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music. In motion pictures, Kevin
starred with Gene Hackman and Barbra Steisand's husband in All Night Long
and with Henry Fonda in Midway.
A veteran and former MP, Kevin was Chairman of the
Salute to Hospitalized Veterans, for which he was recognized in the White
House by President Bush (41) and received the Silver Helmut Award. A sports
fan, he is married, the father of three and grandfather of one.
