SPOTLIGHT ON...Caitlin VanZandt (Ashlee
Wolfe, Guiding Light)
Caitlin VanZandt joined the cast in March 2006 as Ashlee Wolfe, daughter of
Springfield District Attorney, Doris Wolfe.
Caitlin came to the cast with a background in theater, television and film. She
stars as Allegra Marie Sacramoni on the hit HBO series The Sopranos and
has also starred in two indie films, Stephanie Dally and Garden
of Eden, both of which were featured at the 2006 and 2007
Sundance Film Festivals respectively. Caitlin is currently attending Hunter
College majoring in religion with a minor in psychology. She enjoys watching
Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin silent films as well as full season
marathons of The Simpsons. Along with gym attendance, Caitlin takes a
more unique approach to exercising by fitting belly-dancing classes into her
busy schedule. Caitlin currently resides in New York where she was born and
raised and celebrates her birthday on July 13.
