OUTS

NEWS & RUMORS

Kirsten Storms (formerly Belle, Days of Our Lives) is slated to assume the role of Maxie Jones (General Hospital) in late May, meaning that fan favorite Robyn Richards is being let go -- again. This decision is said to have angered Days fans already, and I'm sure some GH ones will be as well. Robyn's stint at GH has not been smooth. She began the role in 1993. In 2002, the show decided to age the character and let her go. Then due to fan outrage, a few months later, they gave her back the role. Robyn admitted to being shocked at this recent development, but not entirely surprised. Kirsten, for her part, hasn't had it easy either. She left Days in June 2004 to star in the CBS primetime series, Clubhouse. After only a handful of episodes, the show was cancelled, prompting fans to hope she would return home to Days, as her initial replacement, Charity Rahmer was out just as her first scenes were being aired. But Days had already hired Martha Madison and were happy with her, freezing out Kirsten.

The divorce is back on for the Wagners -- Bold & the Beautiful's Jack Wagner (Nick) and General Hospital's Kristina Wagner (Felicia). The couple met while working on GH in the early 80s. They had a son in 1990 and quickly split up. They eventually worked it out and got married in 1993. They then had a second son. By February 2001, they announced they had separated and were planning a divorce. In 2004, they attended a TV festival together in Monaco and revealed they hadn't signed their divorce papers. But word has come down this week that the divorce is back on.

And as well, Days' Deidre Hall (Marlena) and husband Steve Sohmer are getting divorced after 13 years. The couple have two sons, David, 12 and Tully, 10.
