NEWS & RUMORS
General Hospital rumors...The
rumors of Alicia Leigh Willis' (Courtney) possible exit in November -- when
her contract expires -- and Kelly Monaco's (Sam) possible exit to Desperate
Housewives continue to persist. Both actresses deny the splits, but we'll
keep our eyes peeled (just in case). In a bizarre twist, the latest rumors
have Jennifer Bransford (Carly) being recast by none-other-than Tamara Braun.
Apparently, the rumor was true as it was posted on Bransford's own website. A
short while later, the post was retracted. Hmm, the plot thickens...
How about a game of good news/bad
news from Guiding Light...Good news -- Crystal Chappell (Olivia) has
re-signed. The bad news -- Laura Wright (Cassie) hasn't and will soon exit.
Some sources claim that Jerry verDorn
(Ross, Guiding Light) is the front runner for the re-casted role of One
Life to Live's Clint Buchanan, slated to return later this fall.
And the crossovers from Bold &
the Beautiful to Young & the Restless should continue into the
fall, thanks to Sheila's (Kimberlin Brown) return to Y&R.
