Trent joined As the World Turns in the fall of 1999 as Henry Coleman. Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Trent attended Boston University. Before graduation, he took a year off to tour Europe. When he returned, he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Colorado. While studying, he performed in the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and taught stage fighting. After graduation, he moved to New York City and landed the role of Romeo in Romeo and Juliet and began touring the country in Shakespeare Festivals.

On the big screen you can spot Trent in Steel Magnolias and Helen. You may know him from Guiding Light. Currently, Trent is involved with the Humane Society. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and working out. He lives in New York City with his two cats Samantha and Kaia. His birthday is February 4.
