In the last issue of BetterU News (#53), I told you about one of THE most horrible (and funniest!) workouts I’ve EVER witnessed. I’m talking, I don’t even know how this guy even managed to walk out of the gym when he was done! I told him it was untied and he should probably tie it up so he wouldn’t trip on it and fall. Well, he hit the stop button on the treadmill but didn't wait for it to stop completely before he kneeled down to tie his shoe... The treadmill kept going (even though only about 1 mph at that point) and he got carried right off the back with his arms and legs flailing around like a flipped-over turtle!
