10 Tips for Summer Hair Care
Summer is here and
you can’t wait to dive into the water. But wait; there is something
you need to take care of first. Your hair needs to be prepared for
all the sun-burns and chlorine that is going to be exposed too. Keep
your hair healthy and shiny throughout summer with these simple hair
care tips:

conditioner on to the highlighted hair and hide away most of their

10. Last but not the least; give your hair some rest by refraining

RECIPES
Pasta and Garden Vegetable Alfredo
Ingredients
1 pkg. Farmhouse noodles & sauce mix for fettuccine Alfredo
1 ? C hot water
2/3 C milk
3 Tablespoons margarine or butter
1 C frozen broccoli, red peppers, onions and mushrooms
1 C ?-inch strips fully cooked ham
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Heat Noodles, Sauce mix, hot water, milk, margarine and frozen
vegetables
to boiling in a 2-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce
heat.
Simmer uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, stirring in ham and parsley. Let
stand 5 minutes or until sauce is as thick as you’d like.
Yields 4 servings.
