LET'S TALK BUSINESS

6 Basic Questions Before to Start Working from Home
by Valerian Dinca http://www.valerianplanet.com

Earn an income working from home. These days it seems as though everyone is talking about this magic sentence. You are reading this article just because it sounds familiar to you as well.

A recent study has indicated that more and more people are working from home. Over 60% of those people over are self-employed in their own home business and this venture is truly going to provide an extra income, or better still, replace their job income.

Conclusion ?
If you're thinking of starting a work from home business, this is the right time strike out on your own.

Before to starting a work from home business, examine honestly some very important points :

1. Has your future business a growing market ?
The business you need is one that can serve the needs and wants of potentially millions of people. To have a future in your home business, you should find a market that is growing in new territories and cannot be replaced easily by other products and services.

2. Is there a market trend in your direction?
You are not interested only in a huge and expanding market, you should also examine at just how far that market has to grow. As a personal advice you should consider that the markets with a positive trend are covered by the new industries or by those industries that have been 'renewed' through the development and application of new technologies and science.

3. Is the product one that people will use often? For instance, people use water very often, that means for sure they need it and they must buy it

4. Is the product a consumable one or regularly replaced ?
Every time you wash your hands in your kitchen or bathroom, someone somewhere makes money. That means a consumable product.

5. Is the product one that people can get anywhere else very easy ?
People will find water in fountains, rivers, lakes, etc. But the problem is they must bring water home and to purify it. If your pipeline system of distribution helps people to save time, certainly they will prefer to buy from you.

6. Are you personally required to physically deliver the product ?
If yes, be very carefully with your choice because your business will be consigned to be surely local. You can't operate effectively in the global marketplace and your time will be wasted in various non-lead generation activities.

HOME CARE

Cleaning Walls and Other Vertical Surfaces:

Sick of dusty walls? Sharon tells you a useful tip for cleaning vertical surfaces.

To clean dust and grime from vertical surfaces begin by dusting the wall to remove cobwebs and dust. If the wall needs washing, wash with a mild cleaning solution, moving from bottom to top. The reason for this cleaning method is that if a portion of the solution were to run down across a soiled area, it may leave a dirty streak that would be difficult to remove.

When cleaning walls and other vertical surfaces, remember to clean a small area at a time and take care to overlap the edges of the areas previously cleaned.

FOOD

Cooking Tips

Chop cranberries or dates easily, by first coating the knife or scissors with a light coat of oil. The fruit won't stick to the knife.

When baking a white cake from a mix, enhance the recipe by adding whole eggs, not just egg whites and exchange some of the vegetable oil called for on the box for butter. These two
simple changes will produce a more flavourful cake, with a better texture as well.

White chocolate isn't chocolate at all, for it contains no chocolate liquor, but just cocoa butter, milk and flavourings.

Marshmallows were once made from the roots of the marsh mallow plant, but today, they're made from corn syrup, sugar and gelatin. So, that's why alligators love them!

To make chocolate curls to decorate your cake, place a chocolate block in a warm place for a few minutes to soften slightly. Drag a sharp vegetable peeler down one side of the block in one motion to create curls. Refrigerate curls until ready to use. Curls can be frozen in a zipper-lock bag and kept for up to a month.

FASHION

Tips for choosing your JEANS

Choosing classic or trendy

If you live in your jeans, classic styles like relaxed fit transfer well from year to year. If you prefer a hipper look, the must-haves for women are anything super-low. What's great about them is that because they sit on your hips, they work for many different body types. If you??™re a little on the shy side, try a pair of boy-cut jeans, which won??™t reveal as much of your mid-section.

Feeling the stretch

Another trend this season is the body-hugging jean, emphasizing a sleek and sexy look. With the renewed popularity of stretch denim this fall, there??™s something for everyone.

The beauty of stretch is that you can wear your jeans a lot tighter without sacrificing comfort. It makes low rise jeans, for example, much easier to wear as they hug your body and don??™t feel as rigid ??“ they move with you.

Working with your body

Just because a pair of jeans looks great on your same-size friend doesn??™t mean they are right for you. Like with any piece of clothing, you really need to try jeans on to see how they work.

If you have curvy hips and are proud of them, Clarkson suggests a super-low boot-cut jean, which sits well on the hips and shows off your figure. Women who want a little room in the thighs and calves should look at styles that don't hug the body, such as relaxed fit or boy-cut jeans. And for extra room in the seat, try jeans with a low waist, low pockets and a bit of a flare around the ankle.

Singing the blues

With a large variety of washes, choosing the ideal shade for your blue jeans can be tricky. But thanks to this season??™s to-dye-for look, your task may be easier. "The must-have colour is simply dark with a lot of texturing," notes Clarkson. Look for inky indigos, which can be dressed down for casual wear and dressed up for a night out. To keep your dark denim looking its best, try washing your jeans inside out in cold water and not using the full dry cycle.

Of course you want your jeans to look good, but remember that they should feel good as well.
