RECIPES
Light Mushroom Sauce
175g chestnut mushrooms sliced
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 level dessertspoon plain flour
1 x 200m1carton of low fat cr?me fraiche
Cook the mushrooms in a saucepan on the boiling plate for 1 minute
in the lemon juice.
Mix the flour with a little of the cr?me fraiche in a small bowl
using a small whisk (this stabilizes and thickens the cr?me
fraiche when heated).
Place the remaining cr?me fraiche in a saucepan and mix in the
flour and cr?me fraiche mixture.
Bring to the boil on the boiling plate whisking all the time.
When the sauce has thickened and just boiled stir in the mushrooms
and lemon juice and allow to cool completely.
Spread over the salmon as above and sprinkle with the same
topping.
This is a less rich sauce to go with baked salmon with parmesan
and parsley crust.

Honey Facial Recipes
Honey Toner
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cored and peeled apple
1 tablespoon of Sweet Almond Oil
Combine all in a blender on puree. You could substitute
strawberries for the apple. Mix well ( a full minute is good).
Smooth evenly over your face and leave on for about 12 minutes.
Rinse with
cool water and pat dry.
Another simple honey recipe: You will need:
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of powdered milk enough flour to form a paste
Mix all together in a blender. Smooth over skin. Let it sit for
eight minutes to ten minutes. Rinse off in a warm shower.
