~~~ News requested; local artistic events, workshops, festivals and accommodation. ~~~
Hello,
Everyone knows someone who has written, painted, performed, created or made us smile.
This letter is both for you and for them and for those who provide the welcome accommodation nearby - one linking
 easily to the other. We are currently looking for both local artists, craft artisans, artistic events, works and happenings
 and for places to stay near those events.
If you wish to be seen by a large audience then this site is for you.
Already there are people from all over Europe, USA and further a field searching for events, workshops, courses,
festivals and exhibitions and they are searching through the web site for all forms of creative art, hand made cards,
jewelry, pantomimes, songs to use in workshops, photographs of places that they once visited, etc. etc. The site offers
them the opportunity to showcase original creative work, to buy and sell work - all commission free - and for them to
find out about the events in your area. This service was conceived and brought about by Chrissie and Chris Anderson.
We hope you use it both personally and for community use.
It's a great site to:
Offer a place to stay - location maps are automatically uploaded for you. Plus, the web site has the ability for you to
add all those local events to make your accommodation even more attractive.
Create your own gallery for up to ten items.
Browse and buy wonderful gifts, we do not take any commission.
Seek a service or a job.
.
Find out about or put on local events in your area. All events in the U.K., U.S.A., Canada, France and Spain can be
placed in counties and states via maps.  Other countries will have their maps included as the demand increases. You
can change the caption, start a forum or send us an article.
All publicity for the site is done by the unearthit.net  team. In fact, we are starting to reach out to roughly 250,000 new
people every week and this number is increasing as our PR progresses.   The site is also rather special. Why?
.
The site is totally interactive; we do not put your work or events up on the site! You place your own work, very easily
and simply, directly onto the site, albeit items for sale in your own gallery, add events, or offer services to the creative
industry, and you then can edit and change all whenever you like. You can add pictures and photographs to enhance
whatever information you are putting on to http://www.unearthit.net   We have tried to make the site very user friendly.
We are always here if you need any help. Unearthit.net also allows you to give a link to your own web site if you so
wish. In addition to all the above, we are now seeking the linking of accommodation to events and visa versa and your
 help in this would be appreciated.
We hope you will browse the site. Is there a catch? Well putting up events in the events section is free. We would love
 to see interesting artistic events in every state, county and country every day. Please fill the dates up. We would like
 the site to become the first port of call for anyone wanting to know what is on anywhere! If you want to show off your
artistic or crafted works - 10 items - in your own gallery, offer a service and much, much more the charge is just £10
or the equivalent in other currencies for the whole year - Worldpay works out all the currencies. It is the same price
for putting up accommodation. We think it is excellent value for money.
Incidentally should you feel a category is missing on the site please let us know and we will add it. For any queries
whatsoever please contact us via the site.
We hope you enjoy www.unearthit.net  and make it your own.
We look at relevant sites and email those where contact working email addresses are given on those sites.
Should you have received this in error we most humbly apologize?  To remove your address, please send
an e-mail message with the word Remove BBC-G in the subject to clearname_unearthit.net If you do not
 type the word Remove BBC-G in the subject line, your request to be removed will not be processed.
Kindest regards,
Christopher
~~~ Branson World Radio ~~~
Beginning in May, Branson’s first and only Internet Radio Station will be launching its newest interactive talent competition, the "Ozark Country Showcase". This all new radio competition will give both Internet and broadcast radio listeners the opportunity to listen to new talent, then judge the contestants on the BWR website.
Contestants will be competing to perform in one of Branson’s most powerful family variety shows, The Yeary's Music Show at the Musical Palace, as contenders for the 2005 Listener Choice Award. One contestant, and one listener will be chosen from the listener votes each month from June through November, and all six contestants will return to Branson in December for the final competition for the Award. A fifty dollar entry fee is required. The winner of the Listener Choice Award will then return to Branson in 2006 to kick off the new competition.
The Yeary’s Music Show features the incredible voices of, husband and wife duo, Denny & Shelia Renee Yeary, along with a powerful cast of entertainers called "The Branson Valley Boys". Denny is an 18 year Branson veteran who spent over 20 years singing Bass with "The Blackwood Quartet" and "The Foggy River Boys". He not only has a voice that reaches down into your soul on those low notes but he can turn around and soothe you with the sounds of greats like Lou Rawls & Engelbert Humperdinck. You may even see him impersonate legends like Willie Nelson or John Wayne.
Shelia Renee, known as one of the best Patsy Cline voices in the country, sings everything from "Faded Love", "Sentimental Journey", to the powerful crowd pleaser "At Last". Together Denny & Shelia make a beautiful couple in their dynamic & classy costume changes and their voices blend in perfect harmony. Two of The Yeary's talented children also perform on the show daily and the amazing "Branson Valley Bloys" add humor, energy, and excitement to every show. No show is complete without one person who keeps you laughing...Branson's Lovable Gentle Giant, "Tucker". From real life stories to off the cuff antics, Tucker not only touches your heart but leaves you in stitches. When you put all of these voices together...hang on to your seats!

~~~ US ARMY gets All-Star Country Salute in Nashville ~~~
US ARMY GETS ALL-STAR SALUTE FROM COUNTRY MUSIC ARTISTS AT THE HISTORIC RYMAN AUDITORIUM
BRET MICHAELS (of POISON), JOHN MICHAEL MONTGOMERY, ANDY GRIGGS, AARON TIPPIN, CRAIG MORGAN, RAY STEVENS, JOE DIFFIE, BRYAN WHITE, JOHN CONLEE, MARK WILLS, KENTUCKY HEADHUNTERS, AMONG OTHERS PARTICIPATE
Nashville, TN – 2005 marks the 230th birthday of The United States Army. Since its birth on 14 June 1775-over a year before the Declaration of Independence was instituted-the United States Army has played a vital role in the growth and development of our nation. Soldiers have fought more than 10 wars, from the American Revolution through the Cold War, the Gulf War, to the current Global War on Terrorism. This 230th birthday celebration is recognition of The Army’s history, traditions, and service to the Nation.
In a special salute to the United States Army, country music entertainers extended their efforts to join the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs Bruce Zielsdorf and 77th Regional Readiness Command Sgt. Major Chet Marcus to create and produce three television specials honoring the US Army.
Country music entertainers John Michael Montgomery, Andy Griggs, Aaron Tippin, Craig Morgan, Linda Davis, Kentucky Headhunters, Joe Diffie, Ray Stevens, Jeff Bates, Moe Bandy, Bryan White, Michael Peterson, Stella Parton, Mark Wills, Lila McCann, John Conlee, Little Texas, Jett Williams, TG Sheppard, Bret Michaels (of Poison), Tresa Jordan, Kelly Lang, Keni Thomas, and Brad Cotter paid personal tribute to the US Army from the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday and Tuesday.
“We are overwhelmed by the outpour of sincere support and care extended to us and the Army by these artists. Their contribution is so much more than we could have hoped for and we could have not put these television specials together without their help and the efforts of Webster & Associates PR to act as our talent coordinator,” says Office of the Chief of Public Affairs Bruce Zielsdorf. “Because of the genuine outreach from the country music industry, these shows are already a success!”
Themes for the specials include: Celebrating the Army Birthday, Patriotic/4th of July, and Holiday. Each special will be unique and will be targeted for appropriate air time. The specials will air on Armed Forces Network, Pentagon Channel, among other Military outlets.
