Greetings, Ripplemakers

Based upon the results of the survey about a month ago, I plan to make some changes to the Ripplemaker.com web site.  It was suggested that the archived stories be listed with the author's name.  That will be difficult, since the current method is to refer the reader to Topica.com where the most recent 25 stories are listed.  To change this, I will have to create a new web page listing the stories and authors, then an additional page for each story, complete with links to get back to the home page or some other page on the site.  It will take some time, but it's a good idea. 

Some writers prefer NOT to have their e-mail addresses listed with their stories.  The idea is to cut down on spam mail.  If a writer does want his/her name included, they will include it at the bottom of the story and in that case, I will publish it.

The HTML version of Starfish is sometimes blocked by AOL.  So if you have an AOL address, know that they are working on the problem with Zinester, my online mailing service. 

If the HTML page fails to open (i.e. you click to open the message and it won't open, or opens a blank page) you might want to try switching to the plain text version.  If you do, drop me a note at starfishf@ripplemaker.com with your request.
