For I
am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Malachi 3:5
Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and
have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the
Lord
of hosts.
Malachi 3:7
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with
healing
in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under
the soles of
your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
Malachi 3:2~3

I AM THE LORD ~ I CHANGE NOT
Is not this such a security for the believer? Knowing that
we serve the Lord who
is STABLE and does not change?
Knowing the Lord we serve stands behind his Word and watches over it to
perform it . . . does this not give us such strong security?
Have you ever been hurt by someone whose word you believed; yet they let
you down? Have you ever trusted someone whom you later found to be
untrustworthy? If any of these statements sound familiar to you,
then you, like I,
rejoice even more that we serve the God who does not CHANGE !!!
If you have been injured by anyone whose word you found to be unfaithful;
just allow the Lord to begin ministering to you this very day. Ask the
Lord to
help you forgive that person and to heal you from the hurt. Oh, my
precious
angelfamily, our Lord IS faithful and our Lord considers you VERY
important. He wants us to know that HE is not slack concerning
us. He cares
for each area of our lives and desires us to be strong and whole:-)
Perhaps YOU have found yourself to be the one who didn't keep their word.
How disappointed you must be in yourself. Perhaps you've given your
word to
the Lord but found you were unable to keep it. Maybe you vowed to
be his
child but walked away from him. I know that was the case with
me. Yet,
because the Lord does not change HE sought me until I was willing to yield to
HIS wooing and return to The Fold.
The Lord covenanted with us that if we confess with our mouths the Lord
Jesus Christ, and shalt believe in our hearts that God hath raised him from the
dead, we shalt be saved. Romans 10:9
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth
confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10
There is a surety when the Lord gives his Word ~ for he cannot break it.
God has placed his Word above his name. Heaven and earth shall pass away,
but my words shall not pass away.
St. Matthew 24:35
The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God
shall stand
forever. Isaiah 40:8
I KNOW The Holy Spirit is speaking to some of you through this devotional.
Ahhhhhhhh, HE is never wrong. He put this message upon my heart and it is
meant for those who've hit a snag in their lives. Just allow the Lord to
come in
and minister to your hurts, dear ones. He is ALWAYS on time:-)

Almighty and ever~merciful Father we just lift our hearts to you in praise and
adoration right now. We enter your gates with thanksgiving and your
courts
with praise, holy Father. Remembering the many ways you show your
concern
and love for us, how can we not praise and worship you?
We thank you for being our God that does not change. We are so grateful
that
we can depend upon and trust you, loving Father. You make a way
where
there seemeth no way in each situation that faces us ~ PRAISE YOU LORD !!!
Now we lay upon your altar of grace all of those burdens that have been
hindering us, precious Lord. You tell us in your word, Lord Jesus,
to cast our
cares upon you, for you careth for us. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for submitting
your will to the Father ~ for giving your life to reconcile us to our Father.
We are SO grateful that you are finishing the work you started in us, sweet
Lord,
and perfecting that which concerns us. We are thankful for your
WORD that
is forever settled in Heaven and in earth from the dotting of every I to the
crossing of every T ~ every jot and tittle - PRAISE YOUR NAME !!!
We thank you for letting us know you always hear us and answer our prayers.
We thank you for your Omnipotence and for your total faithfulness, as we send
this prayer on wings of faith, wrapped in the name of our precious Saviour,
Jesus Christ. Amen & AMEN

"UNCHANGING WORD"
Mary Carter Mizrany
What love to spend your
very life a ransom, Lord, to be;
bringing redemption to mankind
upon Golgotha's tree.
An Everlasting Precious Song
as none before e'er heard;
purchased by your holy blood,
kept by your UNCHANGING WORD!
Cleansed as by Refiner's fire
washed white by Fuller's soap;
healed by stripes that you endured
held by the Anchor, Hope!
UNCHANGING WORD~Lord Jesus Christ,
still purging ~ tending ~ keeping;
your Shepherd's hand reaching out
to sheep whose hearts are weeping.
All praise and honour, adoration
Lord, we lift to you on high;
our eyes look up expectantly
as redemption draweth nigh.
Receive our heartfelt exultations,
oh Lord, our gracious King;
UNCHANGING WORD our Saviour,
both earth and Heaven sing!

Return to
Ashes
Cheryl Williams
I rose from ashes
to feel your sun,
to feel your pain,
to scream your name,
and now I burn
with passion's loss;
I'm tired
and nothing matters.
It's a long dark road
when you come face to face
with the same demons
that you sought to replace;
Everything that is...
is the same as before,
hollow and empty
a revolving door.
Now I sit here in silence,
bruised and in pain;
I ache from the wanting
but I can't see you again;
It's too hard,
this loving...
It's the slow death of my heart;
It's too hard,
this passion...
It ends in ashes
like from the start.
Love so dark,
I spiral on down;
I cry in the flames
without making a sound;
Love so deep,
I can never rise above;
I scream for rescue
but I burn in this love.

My Sister (hummed to the tune of Home on The Range)
Mark Crider
My sister has tuberculosis
She has but one good lung
She coughs up those golden oysters
And rolls'em around on her tongue
