Cynthia
Groopman
Oh, my
mother's radiant sunshine smile,
Is the
sacred eternal flame, lingering for more than awhile.
Sparkling
brilliantly in my sky of life,
My
mother's smile soothed sadness, anguish and strife.
As
majestic as a rainbow after the storm,
My
mother's smile had the promise of hope, as the new day was about to dawn.
As I
would walk down life's difficult streets,
My
mother's smile embraced me with a sweet caressable treat.
Days flew
rapidly by,
Now, my
mother's smile is kindled into my heart as I write this with a tear of deep
loving affectionate longing, abiding in my eye.
