From my son
Steven Roach:
I was
thinking you should advertise the link regularly in your newsletter if the link doesn?t work just cut and
paste
?

?
tell them it would help support the newsletter and
they can earn money from it. They need to sign up and install it but they don't
need to do anything else. They just do what they normally would anyways on the
net and they earn money while it?s on. In other words they just keep it running
while they are online. It?s small doesn't take up much system resources and
they can earn more if they advertise their own link and get people under them
as well. Let them know some people make 5-10$ a day on it and its been open
since 2002.?

?Feature Story

Obey
Bill Walker
missourisage@yahoo.com
It is strange to me how people think about laws. Both man's laws, and
God's laws. I see the state of Texas executed a killer, a Mexican who
put to death two young girls. This is a strange case as all these kind
of cases has something strange about them. This fellow has lived in
this nation since he was three years of age. At no time has he
thought about becoming an U.S. citizen. Now there was some cry that
U.S. laws should not be used for the crime he did. He lived here, he
was here in the U.S., did the crimes in the U.S. By the way he had
lived here in the states to be 18 years old, so that means he was living
here in the U.S. for 15 years, and he thinks as does the others of
Mexico, he should be under Mexican laws. Excuse me please?? But I
think not.
The cry out of Mexico, by his people who live in Mexico is.
"Only God
has the right to take a life." Please wait a minute here. I
guess he was God, when he raped, and murdered those two girls, would
that be a fair thing to say?
Two girls, that never had a defense lawyer. Two girls that had five
thugs for judge, and jury to put them to rape, and death. And the cry
out of Mexico, is "only God can take a life."
This fellow had a trial by a judge, a jury, and also had defense lawyers
about 15 years ago.. He was found guilty of the crimes in the state
of Texas, which is part of the U.S. What's with this about Mexico having
something to say about the execution? He has lived here since age
three years old. Isn't it about time he lives by the laws of the U.S.?
If I or you would be in old Mexico, you better believe I or you follow
Mexican laws, or we find our selves in deep trouble. And I hear that
the Mexican barbwire hotels sure don't come up to the soft standards of
the U.S. barb wire hotels. When they say bread and water, that
means you have bread and water if you got friends on the outside that
will supply such, other wise do with out. If the court system in
old Mexico says hang you, well the U.S. can scream forever, your body
is going to get hung.
All this boils down to what is written in the Bible. Obey the laws
of the land that you happen to be in.
The laws of Texas, which is part of the U.S. says these five thugs,
raped and stomped to death two girls. I would say this one got off
far better then the two girls. They suffered, and died a slow
death. He got a needle, and it was over real quick.
There is another sorry thing to think about here. He had a last meal,
he had someone to stand there and pray for his worthless soul. The two
girls never had such. No last meal, and my guess was a lot of gutter
talk. Sure no prayer to God about their souls.

Katie's Komfort Kolumn
Vol 1343
?
The Kiddos
BJ and Diana are chatting..
BJ:? You know I am pretty lucky.? I have taken Rudy, Sandi and Katie,
each
to the nursing home, one at time of course and they have behaved
perfectly.? The people they met, have lit up when they saw the dogs.
Diana:? Yes, they have.? Our dogs have not been trained as therapy
dogs,
yet they seem to know .. somehow.? They are gentle, they do not scratch,
bark, paw at the patients.? We are fortunate that all three are so well
behaved.
BJ:? Yet, look at my arms, scarred for life.?
Diana:?
It is because you play with them.? They understand the difference.
They know the elderly cannot play and are gentle.? You get on the floor
and
then they attack you...and you love it..blood and all.
BJ:? Sigh, yes I do..I never feel any pain..I get so wrapped up in
play.? Gee
when I get too old to play..arrgh!?
Diana:? Then they will be gentle with you.
BJ:? What I don't get is how Katie understands not to ever ever use her
paws on me.? She pulls her nails back and only uses her pads.? The other
two get their nails on me.? I remember the time when Katie 'understood'
she caused me pain.? She scratched me with her nails, looked at me,
and never used her nails again.? Smart dog.? I wish the other two
figured
it out.
Diana:? Yes, and she also is the only dog to understand when and where
you hurt.? She licks your 'owies' .? Even if it is a sore
wrist.? Amazing..
BJ:? I guess I will call her nurse Kate.

?I'm Only a Prayer Away
Janice Bumbalough Marler
?
When you feel a need for me,
I'm only a prayer away,
When my face you can not see,
I'm only a prayer away
?
When you're blown about
With every wind,
I'm only a prayer away,
Whenever you're in need of a friend
I'm only a prayer away
?
When, at the end of your day,
?You?ve cried your last tear,
I'm only a prayer away,
When you need someone
Your burdens to bear,
I'm only a prayer away
?
When your blue skies turn to gray,
I'm only a prayer away,
When you are feeling alone,
As you face the unknown,
Call on me,
?
I'm only a prayer away
